Joaquín is a licensed professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience in structural engineering. His areas of expertise range from structural design for new construction and additions to renovation / rehabilitation of existing structures. He also performs condition assessments, investigations of structural damage / failures, structural inspections, and expert witness consultation.
Joaquín’s extensive background includes residential and commercial projects of all types throughout the northeast, including traditional and high-end single-family homes, mixed-use residential buildings, and a variety of commercial projects such as retail, hospitality, office, educational, municipal, religious, and industrial / warehouse facilities.
